Terms of Service

By commissioning me, clients are agreeing to the terms listed & described below.
Any terms may change if discussed with the artist prior to putting a commission request onto the queue.

General Terms

When requesting a commission, please write in a clear, concise manner. Provide clear references and/or descriptions of who and what you’d like to be drawn. Any ill behaviour throughout the commission process will not be tolerated; your commission may be canceled if it occurs. If you fail to follow any of the terms mentioned in this document, I have the right to cancel your commission (see ‘Refunds/Cancellations’ below). Also note that I may deny any commission request if I feel I cannot fulfil it.

Payment & Payment Methods

All commissions directly from me must be fully paid upfront in USD via Paypal Invoice before I start. After discussing the commission, please provide the email on your Paypal account so I can send an invoice. Tips are completely optional and can be done through the Paypal invoice. Discounts are available only for members in certain tiers on my Ko-fi.

WIPs & Revisions

I give UP TO TWO (2) WIPs and revisions upon request while working on the initial sketch. A third WIP and revision will be a 10% upcharge based on the price of the commission. Any more requested WIPs or revisions may result in an upcharge of 25%.

Timeframe

My turnover rate is about a week per commission. I will provide the first WIP sketch of commissions within 1 day of accepting the request. Additionally, if I don’t hear from a client after 3 days, I will consider the commission complete as is.

Completion

The client will receive the commission via a Google Drive link to the .png file. Any other filetype may be given upon request.

Rights & Usage

As the artist, I may use any finished commissions in my portfolio and online galleries, for self-promos and sales & to post/display it wherever I please.As long as I am credited, you have permission to use my artwork for personal use. You are prohibited from removing my signature, tracing, remaking & editing the commission in any way.

Refunds / Cancellations

A kill fee is applied to all refunds and cancellations, allowing either a client or I to quit the project at any time. If a cancellation is requested before finishing the first WIP sketch, 80% of the commission price may be refunded. 20% stays with the artist to cover preliminary work, reviewing references, and correspondence time. If a refund is requested after an approved WIP sketch is finished, 50% may be refunded. If a finished commission is rejected by a client, 20% of the total price may be refunded.I have the right to keep at minimum 20% of the total price for each commission. If a client files a chargeback against a full purchase, their rights to everything I have made for them will be retracted, and I will have the right to sell the designs created by me. They will be prohibited from commissioning the artist in the future and their name will be publicly posted for others to beware.

Mature Content

Clients must be of legal age (18+) to commission mature artwork from me. I am not responsible for people who lie about their age.
